- This site does not support eBay Motors auctions due to bandwidth issues.
- Members that need to use the site for eBay Stores must use the Paid Membership. This is a bandwidth issue as the images are not temporary (as in an auction listing).
No exceptions.
- 09/25/01 From this date forward, all accounts applied for must come from an ISP mail system. No more signup passwords will be given to 'free' e-mail server accounts (such as hotmail, angelfire, etc).
- One account per person (multiples will be deleted without notice).
- Please delete your files when you no longer need them. E-mail us if you wish to discontinue your membership. Server space costs money...let's not waste it if it's going un-used.
- No image linking to chat boards or any other venue other than your own auction listings. Bandwidth costs money.
- No PORN! This will result in termination of the account and you will be banned from future use! No exceptions.
- Auction-Images is not responsible in any way for any down time or lost images.
- It has become necessary to remove accounts left unused for 6 months and also 'squatter' accounts that have never been used at all. To keep your account, simply login from time to time. This lets us know that you are interested in keeping your membership (this applies to Free Memberships only).
- Billing is done on the last week of the month (for the next month ahead)...if you do not e-mail us to close your account, you will be billed and expected to pay for the saved space in your folder.
We are losing money due to Paid Members defaulting on their accounts.
This may result in the loss of the Free Membership Service if it continues (or closure of the site altogether).
- Refunds for unused service are not applicable.
- Auction-Images accepts no liability or financial responsibility for lost, missing or 'pizza box' images you may incur. Use this site at your own risk!
- We reserve the right to change, alter or add to this agreement at any time. It is up to you to review it from time to time.
