With over 150 Free Members( and growing daily ), it has become impossible to respond as quickly as we used to to support requests.

Since the 1MB Folders are free, we must give support priority to Paid Service Members first. Unfortunately, it is one of the perks of having a paid account.

Please look the site over for helpful links. This may answer a question and eliminate the need for a Support Request e-mail. One example is the practice of using spaces in image names( which show as %20 when uploaded ). These must be renamed using an underline( _ ) or no space at all in order to delete them from your folder when you have finished with the image.

Also, multiple support e-mails slow us down. We simply have to do first things first. Please remember that the free accounts are a courtesy and we do our best to make things easier for all users. Keeping this in mind, there will be some issues to which we cannot offer support.

These are...

• Auction listings.
• Third party auction software( i.e. Blackthorne ).
• Complex HTML issues..we are a web host, not an auction manager.
  Website design...this is the responsibility of each member. Coding HTML, Java and such is time consuming and not in our plans at this time.
• FTP Issues...this requires permissions we cannot give at this time.
  The ability to upload 10 images at once should make this unnecessary.

Finally, we appreciate your use of this image hosting site. Hopefully it will make your auctions and other image needs an easier, pleasant, and time saving experience.
